Erwin Manurung, born in Jakarta, is a Chief Operations Officer with extensive experience in the mining industry. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Mining Engineering from the Institut Teknologi Bandung (1989-1996), supplemented by various continuing education programs focused on mining operations and management. Erwin’s career highlights include his current role as COO at PT. Carsurin Tbk (2022-present). Prior to that, he served as Deputy GM at PT Cita Mineral Investindo (2021-2022) and GM at PT Graha Prima Energy (2017-2021). Erwin has also worked as an Independent Consultant (2015-2017) and held key positions at PT Gunung Bara Utama (2011-2015), Energy Resources of Australia (2008-2011), PT Freeport Indonesia (2000-2008), and PT Indo Muro Kencana (1997-2000). With his expertise in project management, economic evaluation, and risk-based decision making, Erwin is leading PT Carsurin Tbk towards operational excellence.
