SOCIAL AND ENVIRONMENTAL RESPONSIBILITY
The main focus of PT Carsurin Tbk in carrying out Social and Environmental Responsibility activities is to encourage the potential that exists in the midst of society, so as to be able to create a prosperous and independent society in a sustainable manner. The form and form of PT Carsurin Tbk's social responsibility in achieving these goals is through various Social and Environmental Responsibility programs that are realized based on the 2024 Work Plan and Budget.
In its design, the CSR Masterplan is also aligned with the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), in accordance with Government Regulation Number 59 of 2017. In addition, PT Carsurin Tbk's CSR Masterplan also refers to ISO 26000, especially in relation to community involvement and development.
PT Carsurin Tbk has a policy to update the CSR Masterplan which is implemented every three years. Currently, the company realizes that adjustments and adaptations are always needed amidst the increasingly dynamic challenges, dynamics and changes in the Inspection, Testing, Certification and Verification business sector.
COMMITMENT PT CARSURIN TBK'S REGARDING THE IMPLEMENTATION OF THE SUSTAINABLE DEVELOPMENT GOALS
PT Carsurin Tbk realizes that in realizing sustainability, the Company must have goals, targets and ambitions that are aligned and balanced between economic, environmental and social performance. We are committed that the presence of PT Carsurin Tbk can provide broad benefits and provide added value to the community, especially the community around the company's operational area.
For this reason, the implementation of PT Carsurin Tbk's TJSL activities is also in line with the agenda of the Indonesian Government, namely towards the Achievement of Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). This is stated in Presidential Regulation Number 59 of 2017 concerning the Implementation of Sustainable Development Achievement in a Participatory Manner and Involving Various Parties. In its implementation, PT Carsurin Tbk integrates various relevant goals into the Company's programs and activities, and is in line with the regional development agenda to make the SDGs a success. Through various steps and initiatives that the Company has taken, PT Carsurin Tbk hopes to be a part of participating in providing real contributions to building Indonesia's progress.
